As you may well have been able to work out just from itsname, 3DTop is a way of having a three dimensional desktop. From now on, forget two dimensions on your desktop forever!

In a few words, 3DTop takes your usual desktop icons and presents them in 3D. This lets you, for example, move around your desktop as if you were flying, change icons, drag and click them and much more.

3DTop can create coloured spotlights, paintings (bitmaps), background and floor textures, clocks, flags (shortcuts) etc. You can also create colour lighting, wallpaper textures, direct access bars, and many more objects that will come later.

3DTop doesn't install any other file or added software on your system, except the files delete 3dtop.exe and icon3d.dat.

This 3DTop program uses OpenGL-based graphics that doesn't mess with your computer's settings and doesn't change the registry-settings in any way.
